This item is non-functional.  Perfect for someone who wants to try and repair and get a substantial discount over a new or functional one.  The lights turn on inside with a known-good power supply, but does not boot up.  I considered attempting repair, but don't have the time for it right now.

Screen is undamaged.  Legs and power adapter included.
